Property of Morven Drumthwacket Development Corporation- Classical Carved Mahogany, Gesso and Bronze-Mounted Marble-Top sideboard, Attributed to Anthony Quervelle, Philadelphia, circa 1825, the back with arched mirror surmounted by turned and gilt lantern-form finials enclosing a mirror plate, turned cononnettes with Corinthian capitals and fruit-carved responds flanking, the marble top above one long concave drawer and a hinged retracting fan-shaped lid enclosing a well, two tiers flanking, each with a convex short drawer above a hinged door, on gilt acanthus-carved animal-paw feet. Some restoration to gilt. H: 5' 7" (1.70 m.); W: 7' (2.13 m.); D: 25 ½" (65 cm.).
