Federal Inlaid Mahogany Sideboard, American, circa 1795, the oblong top with crossbanded edge, mounted with a later brass gallery, above a conformingly-shaped case, with one long drawer above a pair of cupboard doors, two cupboard doors flanking on now reduced, line-inlaid square-tapering legs ending in crossbanded cuffs. Top replaced, restorations to drawer interior and some losses to veneer. Overall height 56 ½ inches (1.43 m.); width 72 ½ inches (1.84 m.); depth 26 inches (66 cm.)
