A fine and rare Federal inlaid mahogany and cherrywood bowfront
sideboard, the bowed top with inlaid reserve and a shaped gallery, the case having an
arrangement of long and short drawers centering recessed cupboard doors, framed by inlaid
swags and diamonds, on square tapering legs. Connecticut, circa 1810. 51" high (1.3 m.); 49" wide
(1.25 m.); 26" deep (66 cm.) |
