A fine Sheraton mahogany inlaid sideboard
with reeded turret columns and bulbous reeded legs. A fine quality sideboard made by
a first-rate Boston craftsman. A tendency toward massive proportions inherent in a rectangular
case is avoided by the careful choice of fine veneer and crossbanding and the successful
ratio of case to well formed reeded legs. Boston, circa 1800-1815. 41 ½" high, 74" wide, 23"
deep |
