Federal inlaid mahogany "D" shaped
tambour front inlaid sideboard, the oblong top with projecting front above a conformingly
shaped case, two pair of bowed drawers below centering a crossbanded drawer above a
tambour slide, on line-and-vine-and-berry-inlaid square tapering legs ending in
crossbanded cuffs. Eastern New England, circa 1805 40 3/4 in. (1.03 m.) high; 67 1/2 in
(1.72 m.) long; 25 in. (64 cm.) deep. |
